In conversation, actress Jasmina Musić and Gürsoy Doğtaş, curator and creative mediator for migration history at Manifesta 16 Ruhr, explore these experiences through selected music examples and film clips. Drawing on personal memories and shared cultural references, the discussion unfolds around formative influences, affect and practices of migrant self-empowerment.
