Manifesta 16 Ruhr Surpasses 95.000 Visits
In less than two months after its opening, Manifesta 16 Ruhr has welcomed more than 95.000 visits!
Beyond the numbers, this milestone reflects the strong public response to Manifesta 16 and its vision of reimagining former church buildings as places for encounter, artistic exchange and community engagement. Through exhibitions, workshops, educational and mediation programmes, and public events, these spaces have become places where different audiences, communities and perspectives come together.
We would like to thank everyone who has visited our venues and taken part in the programme so far. Every visit, conversation, workshop and collective experience contributes to bringing Manifesta 16 to life.
With several weeks of workshops, community activities, events and exhibitions still ahead, there is much more to discover. Manifesta 16 looks forward to continuing these encounters, welcoming new audiences and exploring how culture can create new connections across the Ruhr Area.
