KUNSTFORUM International x Manifesta 16 Ruhr
We are very excited to see KUNSTFORUM International, for 50 years one of Germany’s leading contemporary art magazines, dedicate its May issue to Manifesta 16 Ruhr.
Offering a preview of the upcoming edition, the issue provides insight into the curatorial approach of Manifesta 16 Ruhr and explores how former church buildings can be reimagined as spaces for cultural and civic transformation.
Entitled From the Ruhr to the Lagoon, Issue 310 also looks ahead to the 61st Venice Biennale, bringing together perspectives from artists, curators and writers on two of Europe’s significant contemporary art events of 2026.
Our warm thanks to the team at KUNSTFORUM International for this thoughtful and beautifully realised publication.
Issue 310 is available, only in German, in selected bookshops or can be ordered via the KUNSTFORUM International website.
